I took a shot at making roses from a Trader Joe’s bag recently ◡̈ I saw some tiktok tutorials of how to make these and wanted to try to make them on my own! I cut out square pieces from the bag and folded it into a small triangle to cut round edges and make flower petal shapes. I then wrapped and rolled the “petals” around a wooden skewers and attached them to each other with some clear glue. They took a long time to dry since I wasn’t using hot glue but this is how they turned out! They kind of look like pinecones …

I’ll take any suggestions anyone has on how to make the flowers look more pretty and realistic! If anyone has any ideas on other tools or materials they would use instead of what I used, I’d love to know as well.
